Tai Chi Ball: Wooden Beginner Ball - Wax Finish

At Atomic Athletic we have both wooden and granite tai chi balls. These solid kiln dried hardwood balls have been designed specifically for Tai Chi Ball Training.
This size ball would be considered the beginner's size, but still used at the start of the workout for warm-ups, cool-downs and any marathon length sessions. Ball weighs approximately 2-3 lbs.
