Kung Fu Magazine will be running our new ad showing the Block Weights, also called Iron Padlocks, and the Atomic Balls, with prices for the new Stone Padlocks. Martial artists in Asia have been using stone or iron locks for years. The Shaolin Monks have been using stone or iron locks in their training since the Han Dynasty, roughly 2200 years ago. Traditional Stone Lock training was called Shi Suo by the Shaolin Monks and Ichi Sachi by practitioners of Uechi-Ryu karate. They are called Padlocks because they are shaped somewhat like a traditional Chinese padlock.
We have them in 20, 25, 30, 50, 100 and 200 pound sizes as well as in metric sizes of 10kg, 20kg, 25kg, 35kg, 50kg, and 100kg.
