Atlantis designed this bench with YOU in mind and it can't be beat when it comes to stability and versatility.
A variety of exercises can be performed on this bench since it has multiple angles: from flat to full military.
Put this bench in a power rack, Smith Machine or just haul out the dumbbells for the workout of your life in a minimal amount of time.
This bench does not use any pop pins and is shipped direct to your door by UPS. The white frame with black pad are the standard colors. We can also do custom colors, with wrinkle black frame or pewter gray frame and black pad commonly in stock. The black and gray color come at no extra cost. Wheels with a handle are now standard. They are an excellent feature if you have limited space to lift in.
