Rope With Ring: 1 Inch Kernmantle
These ropes are great for all of your grip training on cable machines, like the lat pull, cable cross, and low row units, as well as with pulling sleds.
This is a 1 inch diameter nylon kernmantle style rope with a ring spliced in one end and rubberized whipping on the other. Nylon kernmantle style rope is far tougher than any 3 strand manilla rope, indoors and out. The grip will also feel larger than a 3-strand rope, as it is a solid round without the strand gaps.

The the seamless steel ring is firmly spiced in and tested for strength with a fork lift!
You don't have to worry about cutting yourself or your rope with brackets or bracket bolts.
