Our Log Bar Trainer is designed to simulate the log bar movement that you see in the strongman contests. It has parallel grip handles which have been found to be effective for a variety of uses, some of which were discussed in Maximum Bob Whelan's column in Hardgainer magazine.
PARALLEL GRIP REVOLUTION: Many of our customers have found standard bench pressing is too hard on their shoulders as they age. Now they are able to bench again, using a parallel grip log bar trainer!
This WILL fit in any Bench Press or Squat Rack that holds a 2 inch diameter bar. Approximate weight is 68 pounds. It takes only Olympic, 2" hole diameter, plates and does not have revolving ends.
This is a COMMERCIAL GRADE item that we are trying to keep in stock. We typically have no more than a couple at a time. If we are backordered, we will let you know, but re-stocking takes no more than 6 weeks. If we have a run come off the line faster than that, we will ship it.

We have updated our Log Bar Trainer so that it is heavier duty, has better knurling and more closely replicates a classic wooden log with a 10 Inch Diameter.
