These solid Kettlebells have a durable black polyvinyl coating with the weight indicated in the casting. They have a cast iron head with steel handle cast into it.
Kettlebells shown at the top left are the following sizes: 15 pound, 35 pound, and 55 pound. All kettlebells are priced and sold as individual pieces, NOT as pairs. Buy as many as you like in each size, but you get one 5 pound kettlebell for $8 + Shipping, and so on.

As you pull your one hand snatch, make sure to slightly curl your wrist in. That will keep the kettlebell head close to your body and make you hip snap that much more effective.
