Equal D Steel Carabiner
Carabiners are small spring loaded connecting devices commonly associated with climbing. For weightlifting purposes, you generally do NOT want to use climbing carabiners, as they are made of much lighter alloys and they probably will not hold up. These are high grade steel. Reportedly, these are the same carabiners used by NATO for helicopter rapels to the ground.
