I want to , again, say thanks! If you remember, I called 2 weeks ago about a shipment that I never received (T-shirt, Tendon & Ligament D V D , & Basque-ing in the Sun DVD). Let me tell you, it was worth the wait!!!!!

I finally got to watch both DVD ’ s this past week. Your DVD’s were very informative! I was able to look @ the Stone lifting techniques on the DVD, & visualize the changes that needed to be made in my own technique. S aturday afternoon (7:00 PM?) I was outside, fixing to warm up & do cardio before my workout. Before I even got to my first stretch, I caught a glimpse of the big stone ball in my yard (240# Sphere, … It ’ s been taunting me for the past 6 month s , waiting to be lifted for the first time ). Well, I walked over, no stretch, no tacky, & to my amazement, it moved! I proceeded to lap it 2x & stood fully erect 1x!! I was so pumped, I went on with my planned DL workout, going up to 445# on a 2 ” thick bar!

Sorry to ramble, just wanted you to know your training advice is not going to waste!! Thanks Roger, I really appreciate it!!
