Meant for Olympic Size Barbells and Dumbbells. Set screw tightens down with Allen wrench.
These can be used on any Olympic or International sized barbell, including: Olympic dumbbells, thick bars, shrug bars, log bars, farmers walk units, safety squat bars and curl bars.
These have the most minimal loading area of any Olympic collar I have ever found. Collar length is short, at only 7/8 inch, making them great for Olympic plate loading dumbbell handles and short Olympic size bars, such as curl bars.
