Allen Collar Set of 4
These C type collars constrict around the bar using a side mounted allen screw. We only have these to fit Standard Size 1" Diameter Bars. Please do not ask for Olympic size as Olympic size is not a true 2".
Needs an allen wrench. I recommend getting a multi-wrench set that unfolds like a pocket knife. They are easy to find in your weight room.

Play with the length of your dumbbell handles. Yeah, the part you grab as well as the total length. The leverage will change, making the exercises all change as well. A long grip area may alert you to a weakness you were unaware of...
