The MILO Bar Bell Company had the first US patent on a micro loading barbell that used shot. They created many of the classic pieces used in Vaudeville, circus and competitive arenas right through the early 1930s.

This photo was for the Custom version we did for Kim Wood, the founder of Hammer Strength and former Strength Coach of the Cincinnati Bengals. The regular version does not have the wrap around metal bands, as they seem to get in the way of lifting. They are also painted Gloss Black.
