Authentic Vintage Iron Boots with York Leg Development Course
Do you like John Grimek and his leg development? His arms got most of the attention, but he we still doing quarter squats with 750 pounds at 75 years old. He must have done something right with his leg work.
Jan Dellinger and I shared an office when I worked at York. Well, Jan shared an office with Grimek. When asked about the iron boots, he told me that Grimek genuinely used them as his primary leg tool for about two years and they hit his legs like nothing else. He continued to use them for the rest of his life. Guess what? That's Grimek on the cover of that original York Leg Development Course, with it's original chart. You get that too.
We have cleaned up and repainted the Iron Boots. You also get our standard black straps.
FREE Exercise
Here is a free Iron Boot exercise, that is not in the old York course: the ISO Reverse Hyper. Yep, the classic low back and glute exercise can be done as an isolateral movement when you have iron boots. You will find it is fantastic for developing posterior chain muscular control for whatever your sport may be.
