"Big" Bob Karhan knows a cool lift when he sees it.He is deadlifting 250 pound and 140 pound Atomic Balls inset with our ring weight handles. The smaller one has a standard round handle while the larger one is the custom "Meat Grinder" handle.
If you are interested in setting up your Atomic Balls with handles, we recommend a 1 inch diameter hole with a 2 inch counter sink. Just like these stones have.
A drilled hole will slightly lower the weight of your stone but you will have the coolest weights around. Put the smaller drilled balls on a dumbbell handle or your Olympic Barbell for a really cool training impliment.
