This picture is of Steve Jeck unloading his own 330 pound Atomic Ball. We didn't find out until later that we gave Steve an extra 10 lbs. for free but its all good.Steve lifted this stone in style at the Old Time Barbell & Strongman Association dinner in 1999. He called Roger up out of the blue and asked if he could think of something that would really impress the guys at the strongman dinner that year. Rog said it would be really cool to do something that was real, no tricks about it.
said Roger jokingly.
Long story short, Steve now lifts this stone all the time and it's a part of his regular act. You can see him do it on his Stone lifting video. You can also see Steve training with this stone in the new documentary Kviahellan: The Pen Slab.
