The Atomic Athletic Lifting Harness is custom designed to fit each lifter. This harness looks almost exactly like the one Grimek is wearing on the cover of the Mark Barry Barbell Course. It has two layers dark 3" wide leather with nylon webbing stitched into the center. Grimek is said to have loved harness lifting, but couldn't get enough weight on the harness before it broke. Obviously, Grimek didn't have Nylon. Regardless, he supposedly did over 2000lbs. This one was designed and produced by one of the foremost Amish draft horse harness makers in the world. It does not come with chains.
